... Well not on this occasion....
I think Andy was looking to use a bike to do some powering of impliments etc well have a look at this site....

.. and you can even wash your clothes as well.
I was looking to do some mobile phone charging and this is on the site also but this is really something I want to try before the legs go completly. Mind you I'd like to do a direct drive from thechain hub to a cog on the appliance.
I can just hear Mrs Big Al saying ( as I colapse in a heap with a cariac arrest) "well these clothes have only been spun to 800 rpm and not the stated 1200", lol....
