Thanks to my new pal, Sal, I am now in possession of my very own website. Even as I write this my OH is installing it on his laptop to make a start adding the few bits I've got ready.
I've waited for 18 months for this (not from Sal - she came up with the goods in about a week!). OH had a go, my gal had a go and her ex had a go. I hated them all - they all wanted to add colours and "things" that I didn't want.
Unfortunately - well actually it might be very fortunately, but I'll explain in a minute - it won't go live just yet.
We planned to swap the shop and workshop areas over. Of course I've not started it yet. Yesterday, a friend from the village came to tell me the BBC are coming to film the craft village and could they come to me! In the middle of February
. Oh yes, they can.
So the next couple of weeks will see me filling holes, painting, laying matting, building counters and trying to get a small area suitable to be filmed.
This year is turning out well for me thus far.
Sal, I love you - thanks for my beautiful website. I'll add to this when it goes live.
