Every time I click on the link to apply I get a page error, I'd guess
they got so much traffic the server got taken down. Maybe in a few days.

I understand that the wages are excellent, personally, i'd quite happily do it for nothing!

There is rain in the tropics, quite a lot actually. Depending on where you are it comes pouring down in only a short period of the year instead of all through the year. So you have no excuse to not join the over 20.000 applicants ;)
(how on earth are they going to go through 20.000+ video applications?!)
