So many sections I could post this on... so much confusion

Anyway... has anyone ever tasted diabetic chocolate? Does it taste like regular chocolate at all and can I use it to melt and coat something like Brazil Nuts?

My Dad used to love them but he's a Diabetic now so can't have too many of them and I would like to make him some for Christmas.

You need to check the exchange rate, or whatever calculation he uses for brazil nuts - high fat, so high calorie. If your dad's in control of his diet, there's no reason for him to use "diabetic" products. He can enjoy his old favourites, in moderation.
