That sure is a lot!
I have exactly the same problem on my site. It's sad that these people really have nothing better to do, it's as if they actually think people click on their links.

I lot of them are automatic spambots so it's not a person. Feel free to copy the list and stick it on your site.

I have also used the word censor to change some of the more frequent words that they use to "I am a dirty spammer please report me to the moderators". If all forum owners wrote exactly the same it could "google bomb" the gamb ling sites. This is to say that google will equate those sites with the words I am a dirty spammer etc....
