Hello, I'm Carole living in Woolwich, London (because husband is in Army - will return to the Isle of Wight one day).

I've been lurking for a while and having made some strawberry icecream today have some double cream left over and will attempt to make butter later on. Whilst browsing thought it was time to register and stop lurking.

I'm also interested in doing more with my kefir which I started a couple of months ago.
