Here's one in Cheshire, £7,200 pa for 4 acres incl 2.5 acres market garden, greenhouses, woodland & self contained flat.

Shame its only leased. And also shame that its in Cheshire
We're off to view a couple of potential smallholdings in West Wales next week, stupidly really as we're not in a position to move at the moment. I just hope we don't fall in love with either of them!!!
