Eggs into the incubator

I have eggs on order. They should arrive in a day or so.

I do have a question though - should I put them straight into a warm incubator or let them warm up gradually?

Let them rest for 24 hours or so at room temperature, especially if they're coming through the post.

yep good luck - My hen has gone broody again, so I am awaiting some eggs in the post too! exciting!

looking forward to their arrival. got some others of different breed too... reckon our hen can sit on 12... and I feel sorry for her sititng on one egg that is unfert...
