i've added some pectic enzyme to my dreaded tes** orange and it has started to clear within 24 hrs
so if anyone else is having trouble clearing the te**o orange wow then this maybe the answer
weird i've never had this trouble from any other cartoned fruit juice that i have brewed with over the years

is your fruit juice made from pressed fruit
i only use fruit juice that is
not made from concentrate.
and i find i do not aways have to use
pectic enzyme to clear the wine, if it needs it i add
finings or kwik clear and it done in

Sudden panic when I realised that the good stuff I have on the go has not a cat in Hell's chance of being ready for Christmas. So, two fruit teabag gallons were started two days ago. It's going to be mollycoddled in the warmest corner of the house until the 22nd and then stuck out in the cold. In summer, I wouldn't panic.
Any bets on the outcome?
