I got a help exchange helper, that and my sweetie motivated me to clean house today.
But yes, break a job down into bits, instead of tackling the whole kitchen, start with 1 cupboard, or one big shelf.
Thats how my whole house gets down, 1 piece at a time.
If you want to clean out odd bits for the thrift shop as you go, put an empty cardboard box in each room and when you find something, put it in the box.
