I hate mornings. I'll go further - I despise mornings. The light's a cold, wishy-washy thing, the temperature's down, and I can feel the general and increasing atmosphere of "oh hell, another bloody day at work". Give me longer, lighter evenings, when you've done your stuff for the day and can begin to relax. The longer and lighter those evenings can be, the happier I am going to be. Any - absolutely ANY - moves to make that so are music to my ears.
Shifting light into the hours of peak power demand is a good thing - but far, far down my list of personal priorities compared with the soothing of my poetic soul.
