We'll take a camera so you lot that aren't coming can a see the motley crew of wiltshire ishers . Do we need to wear a flower and carry a copy of The Wiltshire Times so we recognise each other ;-)

Gert. I have a rough idea what Mrs G looks like, but what car do you drive? Then I can look out for you. Are you bring Master Gert?

I will get cooking once the kids are in bed.

We'll be in a Blue Ford Focus the reg ends in FAA. Will you recognise Mrs G without the Parsnip in front of her Face We have no idea what any of you look like so look out for a couple staring at everyone.

Arggghhhhh - it's going to rain.

If it's raining when we get there, we'll have to decamp to the pub. Looking at Google, there's a pub called the George which, I think, is opposite the car park (I'm not sure, mind, as it's years since I last went to Lacock). If we do then I'll text those who've given me their phone numbers and the rest can check in with me.

I'm rereading the thread and it was Milims who said Jack Dee and me who said James Bond. I still think you do - although of course James Bond is blond these days and nothing like the image I have for 007 which is a sort of mix of George Lazenby, Sean Connery with a bit of Roger Moore thrown in (showing my age!).

Yup do get to England from time to time, last year did a Bristol Ish meet. Next time Wiltshire!

:) Dragon and I are home (not been home long) but we didn't go on the walk round Lacock after the picnic/meet as our legs were a bit done in, have no pics cos I forgot my camera
