always wonder why we shove the concept of democracy at other countries so much, when we don't practise it ourselves....

I think he said that democracy was the worst form of government in the world, except for all those other forms that have been tried from time to time.
They're not weeds - that's a habitat for wildlife, don't you know?

i voted for the first time this year (i'm 18 not lazy
) and got very excited putting a cross next to the green party's candidate, even though i knew this vote would not get him any power. This makes me think that really a PR system, such as Germany's would be best as it gives everyone a chance to air their opinions in parliament and would give a truer representation of the country. But as demonstrated in Germany radicals can gain a foothold upon which to build. it really is difficult to say any system is perfect.
