A lot of the time its because people have had their imaginations removed.
I've got yards and yards of fabric that i've bought because one day i know i'll find the perfect pattern for it.
There's also about 8yds of some fabric because i saw it, fell in love with it and knew exactly what i wanted to make out of it (not that i've done it yet...). People who don't have the creative eye love to see what other people can do, and they feel a twinge of jealousy. I do when i see really creative people who do things like interior decor, clothesmaking, papercraft etc. I know i feel jealous when i see something that's really unique, yet looks so good. i always wonder why i didn't think of that!

I'm seriously considering making the boys Davy Crockett hats from rabbit skins this winter. Imagine the reaction from the mummy mafia to that...mrsflibble wrote:"that dress came from where? you made it? whyever did you do that?!"
a comment from a local mum recently when she commented on how pretty my daughter's sun dress was- not the complete change of tone after I told her I made it. *holds head high* I think she's jealous.either she wants one or feels inferior and threateened 'cso I made it and she couldn't hahaha!
