I think shooting might be unethical...there must be a better way????

Maybe bury alive...compost them??

You could use bow and arrows, having made the bow and arrows yourself using local grown wood. And then you compost them.

I don't know how to get there ethically but one of my ambitions is to cycle around the circumference of Iceland (the country not the frozen food shop)
Maybe I could work my passage on a sailing boat to and from Iceland

This xmas, save all the used xmas cards, and then next xmas, cut out the designs,so you can re use them for gift tags,on ethical presents of course!Save onion net type bags. When you have a few, stick them all into one net,tie in a knot and reuse as a kitchen/bathroom scourer!

Not sure what number we're up to...
what I endeavour to mindful of...
(?) 40. Say what I mean and mean what I say.
41. Bank with someone with at least some ethics (try Co-op/Smile/Ecology Building Soc/Triodos-for savings)
42. Be clear and honest about my intentions and values-stick to them & inspire others to do the same.
43. Learn to laugh at myself.

I always laugh when books like this come out.
Why would I want to adhere to a list that someone else wrote is not possible?
It just gives you anxiety LOL
I have my 101 one things I will do in my life. Most are done. Cause I sure have done way over 101 things out of the ordinary already and I am just nearing 50. Woot! Geez I will beat the books 101 for sure! :)

Use reusable nappies, wipes and sanitary protection!
Scrumple up tinfoil to use as scourer (really good on burnt irons)
Switch from normal detergent to eco detergent in your washing machine
Banish all Nestle
Switch to meat free whenever possible
Always buy free range!
One thing I would love to do is shop local more. I remember when I lived in Hull around Newland Avenue this was the only choice you had..it was awesome. Now, I can only buy my fruit and veg at the supermarket...I literally have no choice. This town never used to have a big T word or Asda, now it does and the local shops are slowly closing one by one.

48. Use less. Water, electricity, heating, food, clothes, household stuff. We are used to being affluent and mix up wants with needs.

I don't fancy the idea of using less heating AND clothes, Flo - sounds chilly!
49. Build an earthship (I really, really, really want to live in one) - really.
