i see! i suppose after you've processed it the smell isnt an issue then, if the pee smell is so common. wish i'd made some wine from it now, but i'm off on holiday for 2 weeks and wont be around to look after it... maybe there will still be a bit around when i get home.

i'm just outside glasgow, btw. everything seems to be coming out a bit later this year, so the elderflower seems to be in it's prime at the moment.
