Yup to the clafouti only it has flour in it so more stodgy, basically the same recipe as Far Breton only put in cherries instead of prunes (and I destone them first, I do not want to break my teeth on every mouthful!!!). It's fab with pears and not bad with plums, but basically if you have hens it's a great quick and easy recipe that uses 4 eggs.
