Making a cheesecake in France

I didint use the vanilla - with yuo on that one!

Oooo the blackcurrant coulis with blackcurrants on the cheesecake would be gorgeous!!

Havent made clafouti - isnt it like an egg tart with cherries in?

Yup to the clafouti only it has flour in it so more stodgy, basically the same recipe as Far Breton only put in cherries instead of prunes (and I destone them first, I do not want to break my teeth on every mouthful!!!). It's fab with pears and not bad with plums, but basically if you have hens it's a great quick and easy recipe that uses 4 eggs. :thumbright:
