used my new silicon muffin thingys today - am impressed so far. Used paper cups in the muffin tray too - much easier to get the muffins out than last time but then they stuck to the paper. the silicon ones seemed much easier to get off except a few crumbs from the bits that went over the top, ho hum. must make more- i obviously need the practise
