Re: Spinoff - why did you choose your username?
Ours is simple really, although alittle annoying, on other sites Rob was always bobbyluvpie (which came from a childish joke from a friend supposedly from many years ago) and mine was/is redberry after a song, however in this modern day society of equal rights he refused to become mr redberry for any joint sites so I took his name.
the ever growing luvpie household currently contains, 4 boys, 4 chickens, 2 cats, 2 rabbits, 4 fish, an empty tropical fish tank waiting new arrivals, now are we daft to look at our broody hen thinking, if we got some fertilised eggs........

Easy peasy!
LSM because they're my initials (and the number of times I have to correct people because it's an L, not an I..............). As for 1066, I was born on Battle of Hastings day.
See Ms Walker! I DID listen in history after all!

My OH was in an episode of Red Dwarf too lol Smoke me a Clipper (I think it was) he was one of the Medieval guys as well as a couple of our friends from the Society we're in

He was also in Neverware for a brief moment barging past the main character in the market... oddly enough in Medieval garb once again

... ahem... anyway... as you were

WOW, you must be getting on a bit by now then *runs*As for 1066, I was born on Battle of Hastings day.

Re: Spinoff - why did you choose your username?
That would be "Smoke Me A Kipper", as in "Smoke me a kipper. I'll be back for breakfast". Doesn't sound nearly as appetising if it's "smoke me a clipper", be that lighter or tea clipper.StripyPixieSocks wrote:My OH was in an episode of Red Dwarf too lol Smoke me a Clipper (I think it was)

Re: Spinoff - why did you choose your username?
A friend nicknamed me 'Hamster' at university (sort of by accident... long story...) and so I use it on internet fora, partly so that somebody who knew me could probably guess from my name and location that it was actually me but it wouldn't be too obvious to anybody else, and also because I simply couldn't think of anything else when I signed up.
They're not weeds - that's a habitat for wildlife, don't you know?

There is an episode in series 7 called Stoke Me a Clipper (where Rimmer takes over from Ace Rimmer). There is medieval stuff in there.lsm1066 wrote:That would be "Smoke Me A Kipper", as in "Smoke me a kipper. I'll be back for breakfast". My name was a nickname at school. Not very exciting really but I was (and probably still am) considered quite eccentric.
M3 - your name always makes me smile because I loved the MillyMollyMandy books when I was little!

Yippee!!! Sorry about that guys, I've been asking to have more than one embedded quote allowed for ages and suddenly it has happened - it was a nightmare trying to respond to posts which had quotes in before as they needed a lot of heavy editing and the meaning was often lost!
EE - glad you enjoyed the books, I loved them!
