Welcome back Burek!
Snow on the ground already....brrr....I'm already up to 3 layers of an evening and we've only just dropped to single figures!
You're being self-sufficient in an area few of us know anything about, facing challenges and wildlife we know only from books and stories- I for one love reading about ishers from far flung provinces- keep up the good work and keep posting your adventures.
