they are on this place, 10 acres and two plants, well it is an increase on last year which was zero plants, i even tried transplanting some from another person, didn't work though.


definitely try nettle soup and also my recipe for dandelion and nettle quiche.

I feel awful you have gone to the trouble of making rare nettle soup & quiche, I am fighting them down and haven't bothered to select a few leaves for myself. Most go on teh compost heap but thats good for the compost all that nitrogen accelerator fuel!
