ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!
Can't wait to see the pics from the BGG! Wish I could be there too

.
Hope you guys know how lucky you are with events like these going on all the time. We used to travel up to the Transkei... yeah

, that was definitely a big GREEN gathering those days

- but unfortunately it's not safe to do that trip anymore... definitely not with kids!
So ENJOY... and when all you ISHERS get together

, spare a thought for your fellow ISHER in 'good ol' boring' SA!

...and take plenty pics!!!

now this IS cheering! - nicked off the BGG site -
"WEATHER FORECAST PREDICTS A RAIN FREE GATHERING!!
The long range forecast for the Big Green Gathering is fine and sunny with a 10% chance of precipitation. Director, Penny Kemp said, “The long range forecast looks good for our festival and we are mighty relieved. So many festivals this year have been devastated by heavy rain and the recent flooding has made people wonder what is going on with our climate. We urge people to come to the big Green Gathering to find out how they can reduce their carbon footprint and find solutions to climate change. We need lifestyle change to combat climate change.â€
