Good afternoon all.

Some days ago I placed an order with Ethical Superstore of Newcastle upon Tyne for several wind up products. They arrived yesterday but due, I think, to an accent mix-up, one item was not correct. When I phoned their customer services, the lady was both helpful and courteous and told me how to return the wrong item and what the company would then do to sort it out.

My parcel went off yesterday afternoon. You can imagine how surprised I was this afternoon to receive from them a parcel containing the correct item, which had crossed with my return.

I immediately telephoned with my credit card to make up the outstanding amount.

In this horrid age of suspicion, cctv and fraudulent transactions, how very nice it is to be treated as an honest person. All credit to this company for their courteous approach and honourable action to resolve the problem.

PS The products seem to do all they're supposed to so I'm pleased on all fronts.
