I'm super keen on brewing, having done a Brewlab course, (kind of to make up for getting diverting and not taking a degree in Biochemistry) I worked at a microbrewery for three months.

Alas, due to the nonsensical duty laws here, the stuff has to have an ABV that doesn't exceed 1%
