The bits of this year's toms which are actually edible (the later forming tomatoes are better than the earlier ones which got too blasted by the sun) are very, very tasty if you ignore the hard skin.

The variety is Premio.

Collier vert (or is it verte). In English it's called green shoulder apparently.
