Has your supplier also run out of alfalfa cubes? The big square ones fed to horses and cows? Our bunnies get those when they are out of the smaller pellets. You can also just feed them alfalfa hay, if you can get it as hay.
The bunnies here get a lot of forage, but I don't know what climate you're in. Mulberry leaves if it is green in your area are a nutritious food source. Otherwise, if you can get tops and discards from the vegetable markets, that should keep your buns going for awhile.
