Sorted, I wrap myself in clingfilm, then jump, nothing wobbles, and I don't sweat much for a fat lat!

Phew, I almost made the Lettuce in the juicer then for a second.

If you wrap it really tight you can make youself look thinner  and i think iv read if you excersise whilst wrapped in cling flim you loose weight quicker!

I think the ending should be "you don't need it"

It all comes down to one thing, the authorities are not bothered! In the case of children being obese, the parents or carers should be held to task. It is simply neglect or abuse whichever way you cut it, and should be dealt with accordingly. It is not necessary for a child to be allowed or encouraged to eat rubbish.

Hey, this is not rocket science, just stop shovelling it into children, adults can do as they please!

And why don't you need it? Because it is fat, there for you are fat.

We all need some fat on our bodies to be healthy. A healthy body image is not that of a starving anorexic.

What the Hell, I've got bit's that are wobbly, bit's that don't work to well, never wrapped me self in cling film ( not the kinky sort, but hey, what ever turns you on). I eat three good meals a day, drink more than I should, and my Doctor gave up on me years ago.
Having got this far, all I can say is that if you don't know what your eating or drinking, that's your problem, if you are obese through greed, that's your problem, if you ignore your Doctors advice that's your problem.
I've got this far also because I've never been hit by a car driven by some Drunk Bastard, and the time's I jumped from a air-plane my chute always opened.

Your life is YOUR life, you make your own decisions, for better or for worse I have always treated ADVICE just as that "ADVICE"
I can't do great things, so I do little things with love.

I won't be mentioning anymore about the cling film thing, it's part of part of the restraining order, so you're safe for another 90 days Dunc!

a burger chain over here are advertising a fizzy fruit drink as 1 of a child's 5 portions of fruit and veg a day. Cant really hold the parents responsible when such advertising exists and such products are touted as healthy.

yes, parents have a duty to be more knowledgeable about the foods they consume but for the vast majority of the population TV is the only 'education' they have (after school that is). They learn from what they see and hear. sadly most of that is via very dodgy and very suggestive advertising which really should be banned.

advertising is the start. The next step would be to teach children and parents how to cook! I know so many parents who cant even cook a simple soup and prefer to reach for a take away

No really, it is clearly the responsibility of the parents to educate their children sufficiently that they understand that a cup of pop is probably not fruit or veg. How many more thousands of healthy children need to suffer ill health before idle parents stop blaming the government and industry for their short comings?
If television is the only education the children have after school, well that is just plain bone idle, lazy, don’t care attitude from the parents. When will people just stop blaming everybody else in the world for the fact that just don’t care a hoot about their children. It’s not like it is difficult, even ten minutes a day with their children could make all the difference, everybody has ten minutes, or even ten minutes a week. Why both having them in the first place??
