Well, i'm pleased to report that the headaches have eased up, its taken about 10 days. I was only drinking about 5 cups of tea a day before so i was surprised how much stopping affected me. I'm still having 1 coffee a day but i'm going to stop that next week. I feel more wide awake now, having felt groggy for a few days, think its all been worth it.
