Oh! You probably thought cos I didn't log in this morning that I'd broken my neck this time!

It was fine although horsey was in a bit of an old plod mode (well he is 17!) - I was really knackered afterwards but it was good exercise for my flabby old legs! Anyway it didn't affect my back thank goodness so I'm going again next week. :mrgreen:
