Oh the poor women, I think, we the kind and gentle members of Ish, should have a whip round for the poor kids, and to start the ball rolling I will donate, my last bottle of Elderberry wine, 2 lbs of sprouts, straight from the garden, 1/2lb of spuds, and pot of homemade jam, and just so she feels that its a normal type Christmas for the family, will send it in an old Harrods bag I've made.

Is pretending to be poor now seen as "cool" then? Keeping up with the Jones' is now about thrift and money saving?

Come on guys, think of all the parties we will finally be cool enough to be invited to!!!!!

Roll on the Cava and Iceland nibbles ( Cava only £4, and just as good as Moet, why get in caterers when Iceland do 200 pieces for a £1) I say!!!

I read about half of it and wanted to poke the silly cows eyes out! :angryfire:
Oh and I think I may have encountered her "New Poor" book - the first chapter advised that we should all be stick thin - so I abandoned the book! Incidentally I bought it second hand off ebay - so she won't be getting any royalties of me!
