I remember that there used to be a project called the "Natty Trust" back in the day.

are you/ RT connected to that project ??
Hello John, I know the natty trust guys it folded a long time ago over 7/8 years sadly. The landowner took back the land, I was living in nz and oz at the time having been living in the new forest previously I think it ran for about 3 years...

We are a seed group at the moment, fundrasing with a few events and getting the idea's out there for people to join and help build the centre. We dont have land or the funds so its very slow at the moment, working on the foundations. Yesterday I had a uni student join to do her placement, so thats a step in the right direction. We have fundraising meal at the cowley club on the 12th dec and hopefully a party/stalls art and craft exhibition in January to fund for a sustainble weekend camp in may. Thats the plan so far -

Would be great if I could advertise it here on the site as I see there are a few people from East Sussex. If not thats ok. I didnt join here to advertise I joined to educate myself, meet new people and network.
The site looks amazing, we started with the same forum, had to change due to it being hijacked by adverts. We are working on making the forum alot more user friendly as you can see it is a template at present. Its hard to keep them going with facebook out there and nearly folded this year due to lack of money, people and time. Its worth keeping it going as we do get people join up and have some good banter at times.
Ive rambled enough please tell me abit about what you are currently working towards.
Please also join the forum, showing your support would be lovely!
