mmmmm, Everything and everywhere!! I like the sound of that. :iconbiggrin:

I might just add that my garden isn't huge (I haven't measured it yet) and I have 3 young kids age 16 months to 8 years and they need some play space too, and I'd like to put a bit of a seating area too.

The garden is south facing with a fence down the east side and a privet hedge down the west.
I want to live and eat seasonally and I want fruits and veg.
I am looking to start making my own wines and jams and chutney. I also need a herb area, but i might have to use planters on the patio for that.

The front garden is going to be for wilflowers including medicinals and edibles. It will have a meadow theme to it. But it will also be inspired by the local nature reserve, I'm told they have some incredible wildflowers up there. I think I will be making regular visits especially as it's got all the wild foods too.

There's also a small holding almost on our door step, if I lived at the end of our street my garden would back onto the padocks, I know the gent has chickens and an orchard and I have just recently found out that he is our window cleaner!
