Now I know what you are talking about Susie - you mean active posts don't you? Before I wondered why you would 'bump' something that was an announcement and therefore didn't slide down the page!

It's all gone strangely quiet.

I hope it's because you're all writing your magnum opus(es).

If not let me know and we can start the voting maybe next week instead.

OK folks, there have been no new posts for a week now, so I'll close entry on Monday morning and start the voting.

(It's maybe not a bad thing - I fear I may have to post to the States so the more time the better, sshhh  )

:blob: Right folks it's time to vote. :blob: Voting will continue until Friday night so we can get prizes posted early the following week.

There are three prizes - Big Al has kindly offered some candles and melts  . I will provide a small selection of GA products and I also have a book The Ultimate Container Garden (with a couple of soaps).

I'm not really sure how to divvy up the prizes, I think they're all equally good, so maybe the winners can decide among themselves - with one proviso. If any of our non-UK members when then I'll post to them - so my prizes only if your overseas please

I think we've had some splendid entries and choosing's going to be really hard. Thanks everyone.

(Oh and spitfire, I think your second entry trumped your first by a long way so I've just put you in once. I don't think it'll scupper your chances somehow   )

I'm surprised there were only 8 entries - it seemed like more!

That's odd, I will mention it to John as it may be another glitch from the forum update!

I've just tried too, I don't think I did anything wrong setting it up :dontknow:

There were nine entries MMM, but 2 were from spitfire - I only put her in once - I think she may do quite well anyway if the previous posts are any indication!

That's a bit mean because there are some really good entries there and no rubbish ones. :( :( :( But that's your opinion I guess, I have other favourites and I don't know which one to vote for. I think this time I might vote for myself!

MMM - I've just counted them again and can't find other entries. I can't work out where I'm being mean

If you can find anyone I've not included let me know, my intention was not to miss anyone out. If you like I can put spitfire in twice, but I still don't think it will alter anything.

Please advise - it's supposed to be a pleasant event not something to cause anyone grief!

I mean this bit
I think she may do quite well anyway if the previous posts are any indication!

which I took implied that the rest of the entries weren't much good. :(

I didn't mean that you'd missed any out! Just thought that perhaps you should be impartial.
