no I did not forget............it took me a while.
I have been thinking this all over and NORMALLY you use different things for face or body because the skin IS different very often (different skin types to be found).
so okay here is a link I had in my collection that makes a cream that you can use all over.

aside from this I could help think up a recipe for you, given on what you are looking for.
for instance, ingredients like jojoba or hemp oil are known for skin problem treatments on dry skin.
there are a few more oils suitable
there are emulgators (emulsifiers) that also help along with keeping moisture in.
if you already have things in stock let me know and I could try and help to think up a formula.
the ONE thing that is known and easy to use which you need NO formula for, is just pure sheabutter.
YEP you read that right........you can rub it in the hands and rub it on.
in countries where shea grows they do exactly that.
cocoa oil also gives good results (asian shops etc) when you melt it a bit first.
