Argh! A Rant about people!

This girl is thick-straight up. You need to solve this problem at the front and backend all at once. Tell her straight to grow up, take care of her stuff and leave yours alone. Then set it up so that she can't fail. That is, lock your stuff up, ask for money any time she takes foodstuff (even keep a running tally posted somewhere very public until its paid) and leave laundry that is incomplete in a pile somewhere. She will get it eventually. As far as living peacefully with someone, that's fine and good when the someone is on your level. But she is too self-centred to live WITH anyone she only knows how to live OFF people. She needs to be educated on how to live alone and treat people first.
