Anyone else have a constantly black thumb nail from pinching out tomatoes? Mine are forever shooting from ground level as well as oddities like shoots appearing at the end of the flowering truss and off leaves even!

Well, I was so thrilled at how well the tomatoes were growing, I never pinched anything off. They went over the top of the largest cages I could find about 6 weeks ago, and now most are over 8 feet and still going. Lots of blooms but the ones during the first month didn't set. We are getting tons of toms now and our season should go into October. My main problem is getting to the fruit down in this thicket. May have to hack a path with my trusty pruners!
