Just posting to let you all know I have added a Chili growing guide to the wikki site http://sellfsufficientish.org/wikka.php?wakka=chili
Before I am shot down in flames where my growing tips pertain to the cultivation of chili plants in Southern Britain, I have clearly flagged so in italics. It needs to be edited to include tips for planting in other climates and so please feel free to edit accordingly! It includes a section on pests and diseases plus short sections on history, health, nutrition and Scoville chemistry . One day, before I die, and assuming that noone beats me to it, I shall get round to a section on pickling, drying, powders etc.
