66) Ban patio heaters - if it is too cold to sit outside, go inside. They are the work of the devil.

67) Ban scented, quilted, patterned or printed toilet paper - you are going to wipe your bum with it and flush it down the loo, so it should all be recycled and unbleached.

68) Ban people from being able to tarmac over their whole front garden. By all means, create some parking if you must (or just use the garage) but plants and porous surfaces should be used.
