We'll have septic tanks and we won't be needing human manure because we will have lots of horses and other animals producing poo (which smells a lot nicer too!!).

Still dreaming... design of the houses, horses with some trained to pull carts/carriages and pull trees out of the wood../ pigs, cows, sheep, geese, ducks, deer!!, chooks... but my real worry is ........

Well, with £10m we can afford to build a sustainable greenhouse and grow our own cocoa trees... (We had some at uni. Grew everything in that greenhouse from cocoa to coffee, bananas, coconuts...)
