Well done for being dry at night at such a young age it really does work when you wait for them to be ready
DRY BOTTOMS!!!
Re: DRY BOTTOMS!!!
Well to break all the rules my sisters boy started doing all his poo's on the toilet at 10 months and he's just 19 months now and everything goes down the loo the only time he is in a nappy is at night and when he is traveling in the car but even then he will hold on til they get to where they are going and she often gets a dry morning nappy
Saffie is 16 months and no sign yet of letting us know but then I am not expecting it when she's ready we'll go for it.

Re: DRY BOTTOMS!!!
Our boy also went straight from nappies to the toilet. The potty that did the rounds of our circle of friends came in three parts - a base, a seat, and a lid. It was supposed to function first as a potty, then later as a step up to the potty seat placed over the toilet seat. But since the lad was keen to get up and sit on the toilet for several hours like his dad, he refused the potty and just used it as a step. There are advantages to this, not least that the tot doesn't become too attached to their potty.
