well done julie

i love the smell of turf, was going to have my burner run our central heating but the builder positioned it more than 25 foot(i think)from the boiler so it couldn`t be done,if i had known we would have altered the plans,we were so green,i still have an open fire and a small burner (waterford erin)in the sitting room, but i lived in ireland before for 2 years and we had a warmsler range it was brilliant, german make, cooked and heated the water and central heating, the builder then took care of everything and did a really good job,he came up from cork but as he had expanded his business in cork didn`t come to kerry this time so we got a builder out of the yellow book, and he was not in anyway as thorough as the previous, the warmsler we got because it was recommended by a relative, the erin we got because we only needed to heat on room and it took the place of the open fire,we still have an open fire in the lounge, fabulous,to think we left our terraced house in bucks with people looking in our windows and overlooked on all sides to this lovely place,oh and we found b.o.i the best too, my kids don`t remember but its a paradise for them here, they have breakfast and run outside to play in our jungle come garden come veg plot, and we have to keep checking to see if their still there, apart from the battles of course,
