Second batch of jam this year so far!

You all seem to be such proficient chefs. Well here is a place to share some of that cooking knowledge. Or do you have a cooking problem? Ask away. Jams and chutneys go here too.

Thanks Ann, very nice had some on my toast this morning! I put some strawberries in too (help it go red?), kids eat red jam I find its very orange and they give you a funny look. The little one gave it 10/10 but I think she was being kind, I did tell her not to hand out too many 10's other wise there is no room for improvement. :lol:
