What I want to know is... how long can you keep the yogurt you make? Can you keep using the last batch to make a new batch?
If I make it every 3 or 4 days, will I never need to buy yogurt again?
By the way I made my first full-fat batch yesterday... so thick, you could slice it... and it was delicious... though I am finding that my homemade is not as sweet as Yeo-Valley
