You all seem to be such proficient chefs. Well here is a place to share some of that cooking knowledge. Or do you have a cooking problem? Ask away. Jams and chutneys go here too.

Just thought i would share something with you all, i have just made a batch of the crackers posted on the site by andy.
For anyone that has not tried them they are wonderful. I am going to make another batch and perhaps try some different herbs in them and see how that works.

I will let you know the results.

Also made a wonderful red lentil soup if anyone is interested i can post the receipe up.
