Do you keep livestock? Having any problems? Want to talk about it, whether it be sheep, goats, chickens, pigs, bees or llamas, here is your place to discuss.

Loose droppings!!

Post: # 35826Post Dave in France »

One of our hens is a little loose...any suggestions? Could it be worms, and if so what do I do about it? If not is their diet ok, they have "Pondeuse" which is a complete mix in nuts (Not sure what it is in English) with some bread and the odd bit of fruit, peelings etc.
Any answers greatly appreciated.

It's layers pellets. One of mine has an almost permanent mucky bum but I don't worry about it because she is healthy and lays OK and is regularly wormed.
