Am I Insane?

Post: # 273526Post sleepyowl »

It Is 8 o'clock in the morning on my day off & I'm about to head down to my veggie plot, after waking up at 6 having had tea & snuggles, am I eager, practical or insane?

Nope, I love getting up early and nipping out at that time. I've a garden now rather than an allotment so its easier, but when I had the allotment I used to get there at 5am and come back at 8.30 watching everyone go off to work. There is a stillness you don't get at any other time.

There are plenty of allotment holders here who go down the plot whilst the wife gets the breakfast, come home with a weed free and well cultivated plot and have another life as well.
