I hope it is showing for other people - I was quite pleased with myself when I made it work. I uploaded it to Photobucket and then used their code and the picture came up - well at least on my PC

Uhh? I can see it? x
Just because you see two eyes shining in the jungle at night, do not think that the worse thing that could happen is that you are about to be attacked by a tiger. It could be two one-eyed tigers.

Re: I'm pleased with my Coloured Egg layers this year
Now I'm back on this thread I can see it too - lovely photo!
My cream legbars are not laying - sob, sob. They are old enough and I don't know what is wrong. They are in a separate very, very large run, as I want eventually to be able to incubate fertilised eggs and know that only this trio were involved in the process. All my other hens have realised it is nearly Spring and are laying more frequently now than in the winter months. Any ideas, folks?

Re: I'm pleased with my Coloured Egg layers this year
I have 3 pens of Cream Legbars - one, with some Cream Legbars which started laying before winter seem very sporadic, one with older girls are laying mostly 3 a day from 4, and the third with some youngsters just starting in lay are doing very well, though the eggs are currently rather small
All very odd I shall watch what happens. I have added some of my Marans to the pen which are not producing well, and I wonder if as a result of this the Cream Legbars are a bit low in the pecking order to be happy, but that won't be the case with yours.

Re: I'm pleased with my Coloured Egg layers this year
We put 2 cream legbar eggs and 2 cream legbar maran cross eggs under a broody hen a week ago, so hopefully we'll get some nice coloured eggs soon. Until now we have only had white and light brown eggs. What we want next is some of those dark brown eggs.
