how do u make a picture smaller so u can upload it onto here?

This is an easy way and the way I do it, although there are others of course.
Download "Irfanview" at http://www.irfanview.com/
Run the program and load your picture (File > Open)
Then (Image > Resize/Resample) and on the right hand side of the pop-up choose 640 x 480 which is a reasonable size to display on the forum.
Save the reduced image, job done.
It's a lot easier than it sounds.
