Racked Cider

Post: # 247218Post Bristolbelle »

We have just racked off our cider and calculated the alcohol content at around 7%. Not bad for our first attempt. :drunken:  We have another batch of apple/ pear cider on the go and should be ready to rack in another week or so.

But did you have a taste to see if it's one to drink now or one to leave for a bit longer?
