Happy Birthday! Only 30 - in your prime! Advice to self? Yes ditto the thoughts above. I would add spend more time with family while there here. A cliche I know but 'love yourself'.

Aww fanks for the birthday wishes folks, and the advice. You have made me feel much better about it.
Had a quiet night in with the boyf and the folks and a takeaway, with my lovely pup (who was an early b'day pressie) on my lap, and lots of wine. Took the edge off it.
